We are in the process of sending out all 2023 Tax Organizer to assist in collecting information necessary for us to properly prepare your income tax returns. It is our hope that this letter and organizer will serve as a reminder that your assistance in this process is critical. Prior year data is included for reference from your 2021 returns.
Complete the organizer sheets as appropriate & attach copies of
support documentation - e.g. W-2s, Form 1099s, Schedule K-1, Form 1098, form 1095, property tax statements, brokerage statements from investment transactions, closing statements for any real estate activity.

To streamline productivity, we have printed your pre-scheduled tax appointment on page 1 of the organizer and included an appointment page reminder as well. A quick call or email to our office to confirm the date and time would be appreciated- when you call or email please be sure to verify if you prefer a video conference or teleconference.
To become a little ‘greener’ we are offering tax interviews via teleconference. If you would like to schedule your meeting this way, please let our offices know. You will need to provide your supporting documents & completed organizer at least 1 business day PRIOR to your tax appointment to make it a cost-efficient call and productive tax interview.
If you do not see a tax appointment on the first page of your organizer and would like to set up a tax interview, please call our office to schedule one. If you are unable to make your pre-scheduled appointment please contact our offices at your earliest convenience to reschedule. There are many ways to get your information to our offices securely. Feel free to send them via our Chan CPA Secure Database by clicking: Chan CPA Secure Inbox or by delivering these documents to our offices using our 24/7 touch-less mail slot in the back of our offices. You can also come visit us to drop them off at our offices during normal business hours (Monday - Thursday 9AM-5PM and Friday 9AM-3PM).
