The CEO/President, Diana G. Chan has over 30 years of experience ranging from auditing with Deloitte, tax with KPMG to ERP implementation at Quantum Corporation prior to forming her own firm.
In her free time Diana enjoys cooking, dancing, walking her dogs and spending time with her family.

Caroline has a BS from Santa Clara University and a MS in taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
Caroline enjoys many sports including: tennis, golf, bicycling and football. She also enjoys gardening, DIY projects, writing and dancing.

Sandy, our Accounting Manager, was an owner and CFO of her own business for 6 years. In addition, she served as Vice President of Lietz Elementary School Home & School Club and Treasurer of Dartmouth Band Boosters.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys hiking, biking and camping with family and friends, sewing, and cooking.

Li has a BS in Optoelectronic Engineering from Tianjin University, China. She has also obtained her Certificate of Accounting from Mission College, and has Passed all 4 parts of CPA exam.

Melissa is an Accountant and Systems Manager here at Chan CPA. She received a full-ride gymnastics scholarship from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated in 2009 with her bachelor’s degree.
In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband, dog (Brownie) and family.

Jennifer is in her senior year at Palo Alto University pursuing her BS in Psychology. At Chan CPA, she contributes to the media team as well as administrative team.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends, family and her two kittens.

Julia is a graduate of University of Oregon where she obtained her BS degree. At Chan CPA, she contributes to the website design and media team.
In her free time, Julia enjoys cooking, drawing, painting, and spending time with her friends and family.

Chris creates, stages & conducts all business portraits, photo shoots, video and professional adaptation for website. Demonstrated in website artistic layout.
Chris enjoys building & flying drones, martial arts, snowboarding, researching and learning about electronics and programming and walking his dog- Jackie Chan.

Bonnie and husband Jim live in Campbell. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family on both the East and West Coasts..

Patty has been with Chan CPA for a little over 11 years and has enjoyed every one of them! She serves the role of managing all client services.
