Caroline has a BS from Santa Clara University and a MS in taxation from Golden Gate University.  Caroline is a Certified Public Accountant, which she earned while working at KPMG.  

Caroline is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.  She previously served as Treasurer on the Board of Services for Brain Injury, a not-for-profit organization that helps brain injury victims regain their skills and independence.  She has also served as Treasurer on the Board of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School.

 Caroline enjoys participating in many sports (such as tennis, golf, bicycling and football).  She enjoys gardening, DIY projects, writing and dancing.
